The Terme 3000 swimming pool complex opens, and the name of the entire thermal spa facility is changed to Terme 3000.

Vivat Hotel opens its doors.

The 18-hole Livada golf course opens

The Livada Prestige Hotel***** is built.

2014–today 

Around half a million domestic and foreign visitors stay overnight each year in Moravske Toplice and its surroundings.

2015–2020
The Terme Sončni Park Vivat spa – a strong development and investment cycle – the renovation of the interior network of saunas and the extension of the exterior sauna complex, renovation of the annex to the Vivat Superior Hotel****, renovation and modernisation of the outdoor parking areas, renovation of hotel rooms, renovation and expansion of the restaurant and reception area and the indoor and outdoor swimming pool complex, and the construction of a football pavilion with locker rooms.

2017
Terme 3000 opens the Ajda Pannonian Village – modern wooden cabins with thatched roofs replace the bungalows (which were the original accommodation facilities).

2020
The Moravske Toplice Tourist Information Centre opens the Moravske Toplice Bike Centre, where guests and visitors can rent all kinds of bikes (trekking bikes, e-bikes, bikes within the Soboški Biciklin system), obtain tourist literature and purchase souvenirs, and make use of outdoor bike racks for servicing bikes

2021
The radial road leading to Moravske Toplice from the western side is built and the bridge across the Lipnica stream is repaired. Tourist traffic signals are installed. Terme Vivat Spa – the wellness centre is renovated, the pool complex expanded, and a five-star section of the hotel with 11 rooms is opened.

As of 2022
The Municipality of Moravske Toplice with offices in Moravske Toplice is planning major infrastructure investment: the urban development of the town centre into a square with a commercial, catering and event space, with car parks and administrative buildings for the Tourist Information Centre and the municipality, and the construction of a multi-purpose venue for sports and cultural events in the area of the former hunting lodge.
